Laurel Pilot "Commander"
This figure was first seen on Acid Rain World creator Kit Lau's Instagram account on 12/03/15, the figure resembles a Laurel pilot with a red helmet and vizor, a grey scarf, armour similar to Bob's and belt similar to Steel's. There is no inkling that this figure will be personally armed. This appears to be a prototype which may or may not be released. As his red helmet and vizor stand him apart from other Laurel Pilots fans have witnessed leading him to be nicknamed the "Commander"
