1/6 Scale Laurel
Although seen in separate parts previously, the first complete pictures of the 1/6 scale Laurel were first available on Kit Lau’s Instagram account on 04/10/15. The vehicle is photographed beside a 12 inch 1/6 ThreeA figure illustrating the size of this massive construct. A photo beside a regular Worker Laurel represents the size difference between these vehicles from the same line. The structure of this Laurel is based on the Sand/Viking style with one of the arms being a large gun.
The colour scheme represents a new pattern of dark colours, white and orange possibly used as a one off for this build. There is a Buck’s Logo painted on the Laurel “head” on which Kit has commented
“Don’t ask me why it has a Buck’s logo…”
The structure of this Laurel is based on the Sand/Viking style with one of the arms being a large gun.
Kit has expressed interest in making a 1/6 pilot figure for his creation.
“……I started to feel…….It is better to have a pilot”
This Laurel has been described as a one off to showcase at conventions with no chance of general/exclusive release. The debut show for display was Taiwan TFF 2015.
